Bob worked with HeiTech Services for more than 12 years starting with a project to lead capture efforts on a large IDIQ. Based on his approach on this project, I increased his engagement to support HeiTech as a part-time Vice President of Strategy and Capture and later Vice President of Business Development for more than 11 years.
Bob has successfully provided a variety of services including capture management and business development on dozens of procurements, proposal support, facilitation and participation of strategic executive offsites, contributions to Board Books, and participation in Board meetings.
